About the Client:
Our client is a Major Player within the Telecommunication Industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to design, plan, operational and ensure timely implementation of OSP/ISP fiber.
- Plan and implement Project of Telecommunications OSP and ISP Infrastructure.
- Manage operational planning, workflow and reporting processes, assuring quality of service delivery to the client.
Manage, train, track and analyze the performance of various stakeholders to ensure work is appropriately scheduled and carried out to meet projects requirements and timeline and completed with quality of work done. - Develop and establish processes, risk management strategies and controls ensuring cost, quality, scope, and delivery goals are met.
Collaborate and negotiate with product owners & stakeholder’s users to ensure requirements were met while resolving conflicts, submission for required permit approval and removing blockers. - Project & Operational Management. Establish and implement matrixes, plan resources to ensure smooth coordination, execution, and implementation of wide projects in parallel.
Skills/Requirement
- Experience in Planning and designing of Fiber networks. Implementation and managing projects.
- Experience in Portfolio, program and project management Financial Profit and loss, budgeting, Risk Management, Negotiation, Service Delivery, Vendor Management.
- Experience on Site Build, POP, DC, CLS, including Power, space & Cooling, Rack & stack, structured cabling.
