Business Development Manager (Maid Agency)


We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Business Development Manager** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification and at least 2 years of experience in a maid agency or headhunting firm. Preference will be given to those with a KAH (Key Appointment Holder) certification.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Consultation & Support:

- Assist prospective clients with inquiries related to hiring migrant domestic workers (MDWs), providing expert advice and understanding their unique needs.

- Conduct interviews with MDWs and carefully match their skills and background to the specific requirements of each client. Leads will be provided, but proactive client engagement is essential.


Placement & Onboarding Process:

- Manage the entire placement process, from application for relevant work passes to arranging pre-departure and arrival logistics for MDWs.

- Ensure smooth onboarding for both employers and MDWs by coordinating all pre-arrival preparations, including document submission, health checks, and orientation.

Post-Placement Support & Compliance:

- Facilitate post-placement follow-ups between employers and MDWs, ensuring both parties are satisfied and compliant with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines.

- Handle employer requests and complaints, providing effective counseling to MDWs and troubleshooting any issues after deployment.


Administrative Duties:

- Accurately maintain company records and perform data entry for all client and worker details.

- Ensure all documentation is filed correctly and in accordance with company and MOM policies.


Ad-hoc Responsibilities:

- Assist with various other tasks as assigned by the management to ensure smooth business operations.


Requirements:


- CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certified.

- Preference: KAH (Key Appointment Holder) certification.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Maid Agency or Headhunting company.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Knowledge of MOM regulations related to migrant domestic workers is essential.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
