Responsibilities
- The candidates will have to be responsible for the team, ensuring day to day operations run smoothly, critical projects/apps are prioritized, and escalations handled appropriately.
- The lead should also proactively promote service excellence by identifying strategies that can be adapted and scaled to drive operational efficiency across the team.
- Minimum qualification: Tertiary Education in a technology discipline, AWS Solution Architect Associate level certification.
- Ability to manage issues with proper resolution/documentation and SLAs is required for this role.
- Collaborate with team members to engage clients in operational meetings, discussions, process betterment and contribute to optimization for the client’s environment.
Skills/Requirement
- Reasonable amount of AWS knowledge/experience.
- Relevant knowledge/experience on Jenkins/Bitbucket/Python is a added advantage.
- Strong technical experience with cloud infrastructures, migrations, and technology management preferred.
- Expertise of cloud infrastructure solutions (i.e. Windows and Linux IaaS, Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation Networking, OSS) would be advantageous.
