Responsibilities:
As part of the organization of the SUPPLY CHAIN and with the aim of ensuring the continuity of repair production
· Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Director, your role is to ensure that customer Repairs are properly scheduled and validated in line with Customer requirements.
· You are a filed expert (hands-on person), you will work closely with the Workshop, Front Office (Sales Administration) & Procurement teams.
· You will be in charge of the Work Orders (WO) completeness analysis, considering our Customers priorities (represented by the Sales Administration Department) and of their proper sequencing according to the spare parts availability (contact with the Sourcing Department) and available capacity / labour (contact with the Workshop
- Analyzing the Material Requirements Plan( Net Requirements Calculation/NRC), within your scope:Validating, propose modification if needed, the requirements expressed for internal Work Orders (WO) scope
Handling exception messages from the Net Requirements Calculation within your scope - Carry out scheduling and launching of internal and external WOs (phase subcontracting):Analyzing spare parts availability
Launching/scheduling WOs (booking human and physical resources)
Preparing the launch file (tracking sheets, material and component release slips, etc.)
Sequencing WOs to reduce non added value times and repair’s WIP
Monitoring WO closures to ensure that Repair schedules are up to date and that inventories are accurate
Analyzing the workshop’s internal performance in terms of OTD (MOTD) - Analyzing the impact of Repair anomalies and rescheduling WOs when needed
- Analyzing the impact of requests for technical upgrades within your scope, and implementing the action plan following validation of technical changes requests
- Updating the data in the various information systems within the scope
· Updating the performance indicators for the scope of activity
Ensuring compliance with standards and improving them:
- Applying safety and operating standards (quality, deadline, 5S, maintenance)
- Updating standards by proposing improvements
· Participating in improvement projects
Requirements:
Technical / professional skills
· Ability to use office automation and management tools: ERP, Office suite, etc.
· Good knowledge and understanding of MRP2 principles
· Basic knowledge of business economics

Educational Qualifications
- Degree/ Diploma in Industrial Management / Manufacturing Engineering/ Production Management /Supply Chain Management or related discipline
· 3 to 5 years’ experience or successful initial experience as a Planner in manufacturing or MRO industry is essential.
