Responsibilities:
• Perform sales administrative duties including generating quotations, proposals
• Liaise with the internal department for smooth processing and timely delivery
• Provide a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues via email, phone, or chat.
• Perform any other duties from time to time as assigned by the superior
Requirements:
• Min. Diploma in Marketing or relevant
• 1 year of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills and creative
• Able to communicate and write in English & Chinese
• Willing to learn
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment in assigned tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Marketing and Social Media is a plus
• Able to work independently and demonstrate good teamwork
