Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Regularly manage communication with customers to maintain strong and long-lasting business relationships.
- Quotation Management: Decide on quotes in line with company pricing policies, accept customer orders, and apply discounts as needed.
- Projects Management and Coordination: Oversee the project progress, coordinate and ensure completion on time.
- Customer Engagement: Provide a positive customer service experience by timely response and successful delivery of services according to customer’s needs and objectives
- Internal Communication: Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams.
- Support and Satisfaction: Provide essential support to enhance customer satisfaction, focusing on process improvements and goal achievements.
- Management Communication: Share insights with the management team regarding sales, business development, pricing, technology solutions, and competitor activity to support strategic planning.
- Business Development: Grow the existing accounts by developing new business and assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials for pitching projects.
- Others: Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Min. Diploma in Marketing or relevant
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills and creative
• Able to communicate and write in English & Chinese
• Willing to learn
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment in assigned tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Marketing and Social Media is a plus
• Able to work independently and demonstrate good teamwork
