A Service Supervisor is responsible for leading the service team during each shift and ensuring that team members observe service, food hygiene and safety standards. Duties include planning and preparing the staff duty roster, providing on-the-job training for staff, overseeing reservations and assigning workstations. The Supervisor is also expected to resolve work-related problems in a positive and professional manner.
