Responsibilities:
- Create and execute business plans to enhance opportunities for assigned customers/teams, showing initiative in identifying and converting new opportunities into sales.
- Perform design activities for reference designs in IC/Semiconductor customers, coordinating with the Product Team for sales promotions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients, conducting regular business meetings and visitations.
- Review business performance and support customers with technical and business inquiries.
- Improve product and technical knowledge while staying updated on industry and market trends.
- Conduct IC marketing activities to identify trends and target business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (Design House/System Integrator/government agency) to develop business plans for new and existing markets.
- Lead promotional activities in OEM customers of target markets and applications through global IC reference design initiatives.
- Participate in other MARCOM and Marketing Support group activities.
Requirements:
- Proven minimum 2 years sales experience in IC / Semiconductor Manufacturing industry.
- Minimum Degree in any engineering field / business management
- Candidate with IC Seeder experience will be preferred.
