Salary: Up to S$3500 based on experience and last drawn (Inclusive of transportation allowances)
Working Days: 5 days across Monday - Sunday (Based on roster, no picking of off days)
Working Hours: Up to 44 hours a week
Location: Clarke Quay / Novena/ Household Visits
Contract Period: Till end of Dec 2025
Job duties:
- Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data
- Handle incoming hotline and mailbox enquiries to resolve respondents’ issues
- Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
- Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
- Establish and maintain relationship with respondents throughout the project period
- Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
- Provide status report to the supervisor
