- Gather, analyse & formalise user’s business requirements & processes
- Evaluate on feasibility of implementation and manage scope of project
- Drive the implementation of projects/ enhancements with business stakeholders & vendors
- Manage user for ad-hoc/urgent change request
- Produce test plan, test scenario, perform UAT & post-production regression test
- Provide technical support to project during implementation and post-production maintenance support
- produce functional, technical specifications and bid documents
- Perform technical assessment, evaluate & advise best product to meet business requirements
Vendor management
- Regular checkpoint meeting with vendor on progress update
- Ensure effort estimations provided are appropriate
- Maintain good relationship to ensure vendors deliver according to agreed timeline
- Issues, CR tracking
WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU
- 2 - 4 years IT experience.
- Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
