Job Purpose:
We are seeking a proactive and creative E-Commerce Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and executing digital marketing campaigns, specifically focusing on social media and e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have experience with content creation, ad management, and performance analysis to drive brand growth and engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:Develop and implement content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Create dynamic content such as posts, reels, and ads to promote nail art products and services.
Monitor social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and timely responses to followers.
Report on campaign performance, using data to optimize future strategies.
- E-commerce Campaigns:Manage marketing campaigns on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, ensuring alignment with promotional activities and overall sales targets.
Set up and monitor paid ads on these platforms, optimizing for conversion and performance.
Analyze e-commerce campaign metrics and provide insights to improve ROI.
- Content Creation & Collaboration:Collaborate with the design team to create visuals for social media and e-commerce campaigns.
Engage with third-party influencers and explore partnership opportunities to expand brand reach.
- Ad Management:Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media and e-commerce advertisements.
Budget management for digital advertising across all platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting:Analyze social media and e-commerce performance metrics, presenting insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
- Other Responsibilities:Assist in organizing live events or webinars for product promotion.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and e-commerce.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and experience in managing paid ads.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and campaign management.
- Strong content creation skills (visual and written).
- Analytical mindset with experience in using social media and e-commerce analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships is a plus.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
