Your Role and Impact
As a Software Developer (Automation Software Development), you will be at the forefront of developing AI-powered solutions to replace manual operations, helping our clients build smarter, more efficient factories. You will collaborate with industry experts and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless deployment and optimization of automation software in customer environments. What You’ll Do
- Take part in the design and development of automation programs, focusing on tools and machines in the semiconductor industry.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand existing manual processes and devise automated solutions.
- Deploy and test automation software on-site, working closely with customer teams to ensure smooth operation.
- Be part of continuous innovation by integrating AI, RPA, and remote-control technologies into automation systems.
What We’re Looking For
* Educational Background:
- Minimum Poly, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
* Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Python with experience in RPA, remote control tools, and virtualization (KVM).
- Familiarity with Databases, Docker, Git, APIs, and message queues is essential.
- Experience in AI or machine learning is highly desirable.
* Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to see projects through to completion.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and work effectively within a team.
* Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of semiconductor processes or experience in deploying automation in industrial environments.
