Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office operations, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. Your role will be crucial in maintaining an efficient and organized work environment, supporting different departments, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed promptly.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff and management.
  • Prepare and edit various documents, including presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and ensure timely ordering of necessary items.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications such as phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Manage office operations to ensure compliance with company policies and smooth workflows.
  • Maintain company records and databases, ensuring they are regularly updated.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and landlords, ensuring timely payments and invoicing.
  • Assist in preparing and scheduling company reports, events, and conferences.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for company staff and executives.
