Responsibilities
- Compliance Program Management:
- Assist to manage the company’s compliance programs and systems.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of compliance controls.
2. Compliance Reviews and Audits:
- Conduct regular compliance reviews and risk assessments.
- Identify and report compliance risks and breaches.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during compliance reviews.
3. Training and Awareness:
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees.
- Promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
- Provide guidance to staff on compliance-related issues.
4. Regulatory Monitoring:
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Support the communicate of changes in regulations and their impact on the company.
5. Policy Development and Documentation:
- Assist in drafting and updating compliance policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and documentation.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are well-documented and communicated across the organization.
6. Whistle-blowing and Incident Management:
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues and incidents.
- Develop corrective action plans and ensure prompt resolution of compliance matters.
- Report compliance issues to management.
Requirements
- Candidate must Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Candidate must have at least 3 - 7 years of similar capacity with the relevant working experience in Compliance / Audit, with internal investigation experience such as focusing on Anti-bribery and corruption risks
- Candidate must be Confident to work and communicate with all levels of personnel, from entry level to top management
- Candidate must be Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
