Responsibilites:
- Liaise with Project Manager and Lead Engineers to collaborate and collect progress updates
- Work with Clients on Cost Control Reports and Project Progress Reports.
- Work with Document Controller and Project Controller/Scheduler.
- Responsible for creating / managing / updating the project schedules in Primavera P6. Should also be aware of managing multiple baselines.
- Prepare regular progress reports & S-Curves as required
- Prepare monthly reports including Float/Gap analysis, Manpower Planning and Cost report
Requirements:
- Should have minimum 10 years’ experience in project planning/ scheduling/Project Controls Management. Experience in EPC company / Automation company.
- Basic IT skills is required.
- Should have knowledge about Cost Control mechanisms and reporting.
- Should be well conversant in Primavera P6.
- Knowledge on Monthly consolidated reporting / Cost reporting.
- Resource Loading, Basis of Earned value method (EVM)
- Multiple baseline Preparation monitoring and S Curve Reporting
