Key Responsibilities:
- Educate patients and their families about therapeutic strategies and home exercises.
- Provide guidance on adapting environments to enhance daily living skills
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and physical therapists
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans
- Document outcomes and communicate findings with relevant healthcare team members
Qualifications:
- Degree holder
- AHPC certified
