Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment (Screen CV, coorindate interview, offer negotiation, Issue LOA, issue medical chit)
• Manage and handle Work Pass applications/renewals.
• New employee onboarding & staff exit management
• Processing of monthly & adhoc payroll (headcount 80) and seeking approval from Management.
• Attend to login/leave application issue, maintain employee records in HR system (Justlogin)
• Facilitate training coordination and admin for employees.
• Support company events and festive decorations.
• Handle adhoc tasks/projects as assigned by HR Manager.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Good verbal & written communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with the Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
• Min 2 years' of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledgeable in employment act and labour legislation.
• A team player, interpersonal skill, knowledgeable in employment act and labour legislation.
• Candidates to serve short notice is advantageous.
