We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients in the semiconductor sector. Your ability to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive business growth will be critical to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
- Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular account reviews, forecasts, and performance reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Diploma
- With 3-5 years’ experience preferably in the Semiconductor Industries
- Highly adaptive to a dynamic sales and marketing environment
- Good understanding on business case
