My client, a prestigious luxury watch brand renowned for its craftsmanship and innovative designs, is seeking a hands-on Senior Operations Executive (SEA) to oversee boutique pre-openings and construction projects. With a commitment to excellence and a strong heritage in watchmaking, the brand embodies luxury and sophistication. This role involves managing multiple projects, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and supporting sales operations.
Area of Responsibility:
· Oversee the pre-opening process of new boutiques, coordinating all aspects of construction and
setup.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
· Collaborate with various stakeholders, including millwork vendors, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project goals are met.
· Provide operational support to sales managers, enhancing the overall efficiency of the retail environment.
· Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
· At least 3 years of experience within a similar industry.
· Strong knowledge of construction processes and renovations.
· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong communication skills for effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
· A passion for luxury retail and a keen eye for detail.
