Responsibilities
Training Analysis
- Conduct training needs analysis for company affiliates, specifically in Applied Product/System & Control Solutions
- Work closely with affiliates and collaborators to understand their respective training needs and make constructive proposals to improve their capabilities
Training Management
- Training management, especially for Applied Product/System & Control Solution training
LMS
- Study, Plan and Develop of LMS
- Simplify LMS & create a hassle-free user experience
- Adopt feasible functions which catered to Daikin Training needs
- Any adhoc duties as assigned by HOD
Requirements
- Candidate must Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in training related courses.
- Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience as a technical trainer or conducting training.
- Candidate Must have technical knowledge/background of Applied Product/ HVAC/Control
