Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Senior Accounts Associate / Accounts Associate will be covering the full accounting spectrum for selected entities and business operations.
You will manage the full set of accounts, including billing, receipt updates, vendor invoices, payments, journal entries, inter-company charges, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules etc.. Work closely with the Sales and Ops teams to ensure accurate financial data. Perform month-end closing, prepare financial reports, handle GST submissions, manage bank facilities, and assist with audits, tax matters, budgeting, and ad-hoc duties as required by the Finance Manager.
Experience & Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Min 2-4 years working experience handling full sets accounts
- Strong taxation knowledge
- Proficient with Accounting and ERP Software
- Experience in XERO would be advantageous
