This will be a 1 year renewable contract position based in One North.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the following:
- IT communication (preparation, design and curation of bi-monthly eNewsletter, graphic design and video editing).
- Events and engagement initiatives and activities (planning and preparation of IT roadshows/briefings/division events, liaising with stakeholders, logistics, smooth running of event, post event-review and follow-up)
- Process and feedback management (track and follow up with relevant parties on issues closure, ensure feedback from various platforms is timely addressed
- Service performance metrics reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Implementing workflows, procedures, guides and tools to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Administering Service Management Portal and intranet.
- Administrative or operational work (collating inputs, designing and conducting surveys/polls, and assisting management in document, workflow, and knowledge management).
Qualifications:
- Diploma in IT or related discipline.
- 2 years of relevant work experience, advantageous if it was in IT support or service management roles.
- Proficient in using Microsoft 365 including Excel (formulas, pivot tables etc.) PowerPoint, MS Teams, Forms and Microsoft SharePoint and other Collaboration and virtual conference tools (e.g., Zoom)
- Strong command of English language and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills.
- Meticulous, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
