Responsibilities
- Use Whatsapp heavily as operational communication with Customer and Office.
- Check EOT app for Job details proper and double check with customer service for error
- Run Daily Job orders and work independently with Senior Tech online Support.
- Send Google Map share route to customer to notify on the way.
- After Inspection, Provide quotation to customer and execute the Repair.
- Use our EOT Field management software - with Mobile Phone - Training Provided
- Collect Payment via PayNow / PayLah
- Issue Invoice onsite and send to customer via Whatsapp.
- Must have own transport to supporas this is like Grab system
- Make sure every orders given are complete or need to follow up buy parts/product or Complains.
Requirements
- Have a can-do spirit and a positive work attitude to work independently
- Willing to Learn and to Work as your own business
- Teamwork and Good Housekeeping skill for every job is needed.
- Must have own transport
