TikTok Experience-mobile team is responsible for providing the best industry experience for users to consume video content. In this team, you will be working with our XFN partners to define a world-class user experience. This includes playback experience: low-latency and fluent video playback, efficient encoding and decoding, high quality videos; mobile experience: short app launch time, smaller app-size, wise power control and refined strategy via on-device ML. mobile reliability: high stability, accurate online alarm and disaster recovery system, complete version release assurance. The Vision of team is "Making the user experience and reliability one of the core product competitiveness of TikTok.
Responsibilities:
1. Address the challenges of international short videos with a global DAU in the hundreds of millions, rapid business iterations, and complex network environments by optimizing the experience of the iOS App to create the best short video experience.
2. Responsible for optimizing the experience of short videos, including but not limited to launch time, energy consumption, fluency, and resource usage, while establishing monitoring and anti-deterioration systems.
3. Delve into the business to explore experience solutions for special groups such as low-end device users and new users, enhancing the experience based on user behaviors.
4. Conduct data analysis based on user experience scenarios, define optimization strategies, enhance user experience, and solve complex issues.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields, with more than two years of iOS development experience.
2. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and excellent teamwork abilities; a strong technical curiosity and research spirit, with a powerful drive to solve problems and logical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualification:
1. Prior experience in performance optimization, architecture, or SDK development is preferred.
2. Full-stack development experience is preferred.
