Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the payments domain to join the Reconciliation Operations team.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance or equivalent
- Experience in Payments, Remittances, Telegraphic Transfer Operations;
- Exposure and knowledge in SWIFT, Payment Messages like PACS008/009, MT103/202/900/910 and CAMT series;
- Must have worked as a Project Assistant role;
- Possess good stake holder management skills and experienced to collect, analyse data, draw insights and make recommendation;
- Good leadership and administrative skills;
- Excellent communication skills to interact with Project teams efficiently
Desired Skill-set
- Work experience in banking industry.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for analyzing and providing inferences on specialized Payment functions related to SWIFT and payment messages;
- Support the Project manager effectively on administrative and logistical tasks;
- Closely work with the Project team for successful on-time Project delivery;
- Track Project progress and monitor work plan execution;
- Involved in Scheduling relevant Project meetings, take notes and prepare the MoM;
- Articulate business case scenarios and contribute towards the development and scoping of the Project;
- Coordinate with surround Project team members to achieve project objectives;
- Support the different testing cycles, analyze the results and submit observations to the Project Manager;
- Ensure that all Project work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures;
- Create all Project related documentation and participate in project related walkthroughs;
- Prepare all Project related reports and highlight risk and issues impacting the project to the Project Manager.
