Job Responsibilities:
- General Maintenance Work.
- Ensure that building and their services are always kept in a good state of repair and to carry out preventive measures.
- Attend to and investigate any maintenance complaints or problems promptly.
- Conduct daily physical checks on the interior and exterior of the buildings, and its services for the purpose of detecting a physical defect.
- Liaise with terms contractors and monitoring of works order for remedial of physical defects and repairs.
- Monitor and supervise works of term contractor and recommend for payment when works are properly executed.
- Monitor and submit monthly report on building repair works.
- Handing / Taking Over of Premises by Tenants (assisting Centre Managers/Property Executives)
- Ensure that building premises are in a good state of repairs and cleanliness before a show round. All defects should be rectified before the handover of premises.
- Conduct joint inspection with occupants before handing over of premises. Proper records of handing over must be maintained.
- Check the tenant’s premises for defects before the termination or renewal of tenancy. Compile list of defects to be rectified by tenants.
- Conduct final inspection with tenants upon notification by tenant that all defects have been rectified.
- Supervision of Conservancy / Security Services.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess experience with some carpark management and facilities background
- Good in interpersonal & communication skills
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision and within stipulated deadline
