Warehouse Assistant Manager

The duties and responsibilities of Warehouse Assistant Manager include:

· To lead a team of Warehouse and Logistics Personnel on daily activities.

· To manage the warehouse operations and oversee the daily schedule to ensure timely, receiving, stuffing, unstuffing and packing of containers, etc.

· Responsible for the management of inventory, data integrity, systems timely update and SOP.

· To communicate with customers for enquiries and issues, if any.

· To ensure staff adhere strictly to operational procedures, safety, health, security, and quality policy.

· To settle any problem arising in daily operations or any complaints from customers.

· To ensure efficient use of resources to operate the activities (including managing the haulier and packers).

· Must be familiarised with working in the Free Trade Zone.

· To suggest ideas and give feedback for improvement,

· Any other relevant ad-hoc duties.
