Job Description
- Assist HR team for the full spectrum of HR functions, not limited to recruitment, orientation, leave & training administration,
- Administration of employee benefits and other HR operations
- Assist in workers’ related matters ie work permit, prepare contracts, home leave arrangement, dormitory administration etc
- Update of workers database and e-filing
- Assist in organizing company events
- Liaise with Finance department for all payments related to workers
- Liaise with dormitory operators on workers' check in/out
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent and above
- Entry level candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply
- Comfortable and able to communicate well with foreign workers
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
- Must have good interpersonal skills, independent, pro-active, meticulous and able to work under pressure
