You will have the choice to pick either one of the departments to join -
Department & Job Responsibilities:
- Apron (Baggage)
Supervise baggage operations to ensure timely dispatch to aircraft according to airline requirements and aviation authority guidelines. - Apron (Load Control)
You will manage the Weight & Balance tasks for departing flights at the airport. Your main job is to ensure that the aircraft’s weight is within safe limits and properly balanced. You’ll also prepare the Loadsheet and related documents, following IATA regulations. This includes doing pre-load calculations, planning the load distribution, giving loading instructions on time, and providing the Loadsheet to pilots before takeoff. - Apron (Ramp)
Ground operations standards are essential for ensuring the efficient and safe arrival and departure of aircraft. In this role, you will supervise flight handling and manage ramp operations to ensure smooth and seamless aircraft handling. - Apron (Maintenance Center)
Plan, schedule, and oversee workshop maintenance for GSE and/or vehicles to meet production targets. Manage in-house teams and/or outsourced contractors, including shift supervisors and shift planning. - Passenger Services (CSO)
Lead a small team in daily operations, ensuring a positive passenger experience through key decision-making. Guide and mentor staff while maintaining high service and discipline standards. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operating procedures. Assist the Duty Manager with staff deployment based on agreed service standards.
Salary & Remuneration:
- Basic salary from $2,500+
- Shift allowances/OT component (up to $500)
- Joining Bonus $5,000
- Annual AWS & Performance bonus (If any)
- OT applicable
Requirement:
- Open to Locals only
- Possess minimally a Diploma in any field
- Able to work rotating shift / 6 days per week
- Able to speak English proficiently
More info:
- Location at Singapore Changi Airport T1-4
- 6 days per week including weekends/PH (based on scheduled roster)
- Transport provided beyond midnight
