Responsibilities:
- Be part of the culinary team working in a commercial kitchen
- Supervise meals production, according to production schedules and menu cycle
- Ensure all pastries meet high standards of quality and presentation before serving or dispatching.
- Stock control, ordering and rotation
- Plan staff rosters
- Ensure production staff adhere to food safety and hygiene requirement
Requirements:
- Able to converse in English
- Possess with at least a certificate in culinary arts or pastry arts
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel F&B
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
Other information:
- Entitled to allowance and overtime payment
- Entitled to AWS and bonus
- Working location: Changi
- Working hours: 6 days work week, rotating shift (morning, afternoon and overnight shift)
