Chef De Partie / Sous Chef - Pastry Kitchen

Responsibilities:

  • Be part of the culinary team working in a commercial kitchen
  • Supervise meals production, according to production schedules and menu cycle
  • Ensure all pastries meet high standards of quality and presentation before serving or dispatching.
  • Stock control, ordering and rotation
  • Plan staff rosters
  • Ensure production staff adhere to food safety and hygiene requirement

Requirements:

  • Able to converse in English
  • Possess with at least a certificate in culinary arts or pastry arts
  • At least 5 years of experience in hotel F&B
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

Other information:

  • Entitled to allowance and overtime payment
  • Entitled to AWS and bonus
  • Working location: Changi
  • Working hours: 6 days work week, rotating shift (morning, afternoon and overnight shift)
