Part Time Ecommerce Assistant

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in website management (update of inventory status, new product creation, promotion setup, etc).
  • Data entry and tabulate reports.
  • Reply to customer emails.
  • Provide administrative support and ad-hoc duties as required.

EDUCATION

  • Minimum GCE "O" Level qualification or Diploma in Marketing or related fields.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years relevant experience preferred.
  • Possesses excellent customer service mindset with good communication skills.
  • Good written and verbal skills (English and Mandarin - to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts).
  • Organized and meticulous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Looking for part-timer, to commit for at least 6-8 months, 3 full days a week (between Monday to Thursday).
  • Hourly Rate at $10-$11 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
