KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in website management (update of inventory status, new product creation, promotion setup, etc).
- Data entry and tabulate reports.
- Reply to customer emails.
- Provide administrative support and ad-hoc duties as required.
EDUCATION
- Minimum GCE "O" Level qualification or Diploma in Marketing or related fields.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years relevant experience preferred.
- Possesses excellent customer service mindset with good communication skills.
- Good written and verbal skills (English and Mandarin - to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts).
- Organized and meticulous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Looking for part-timer, to commit for at least 6-8 months, 3 full days a week (between Monday to Thursday).
- Hourly Rate at $10-$11 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
