We’re passionate about enhancing everyday living with top-notch products and are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth across our diverse product lines.

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital marketing strategies and campaigns for our three distinct product lines: digital door locks, mattresses, and furniture. The ideal candidate will be a versatile marketer with experience in managing multiple social media channels, creating engaging content, and implementing data-driven strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for each product line (digital door locks, mattresses, furniture) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
    Tailor marketing strategies to target audiences for each product line, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  2. Social Media Management:Manage, oversee and execute for the social media presence for each product line across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Lemon8 and TikTok.
    Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each product’s target audience.
    Monitor, analyze, and respond to social media interactions, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
  3. Content Creation:Develop compelling content strategies that include blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and multimedia content (videos, infographics).
    Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
  4. Campaign Management:Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (PPC, display, social media ads) to drive traffic and conversions for each product line.
    Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI and adjusting strategies as needed.
  5. Analytics & Reporting:Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
    Generate regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, social media engagement, and other key metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  6. Collaboration & Coordination:Work closely with the sales team,branch managers, and design teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with product launches and promotions.
    Coordinate with external partners, such as influencers and marketing agencies, to enhance marketing efforts and expand reach.

Qualifications:

  • Minimally Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on managing multiple social media channels and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
