Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare Financial statement, AP/AR listing.
2. Petty cash and bank reconciliation
3. Data entry, sales reporting and validation of sales and expenses
4. Assists in budget/forecast and variance analysis
5. Consolidation of accounts experience (good to have )
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
7. Assets listing maintenance
8. Involve in inventory cycle count
9. Liaise with external parties (e.g. Auditor, tax agent, corp sec, etc)
10. Review and analysis of financial statement and comments
11. Continuous process improvement and ad hoc projects involvement
Experiences and education:
1. ACCA/LCCI/Diploma/Degree with similar certification.
2. Minimum 3years of full set experience for accounts executive
3. Minimum 5years of full set experience for senior executive
4. Good in excel / google sheet - a must
5. Experience in Xero accounting software (preferred but not a must)
