Job Description: Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare and monitor financial budgets, forecasts, and projections.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, statements, and analyses.

Cash Flow Management:
- Oversee cash flow planning and management to meet operational needs.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to forecast cash flow requirements.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop accurate budgets.
- Monitor and analyze budget variances and provide explanations.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Financial Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard assets.
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess financial compliance.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage and lead a team of finance professionals.

Financial Strategy and Decision Making:
- Support strategic decision making through financial analysis and insights.

Administrative
- Manage all administrative duties for the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is desirable.
- Proven experience as a finance manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
