- Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory audits, and ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Logistics Coordination: Managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods; coordinating shipments and deliveries.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing efficient warehouse processes to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
- Reporting: Preparing reports on inventory, shipments, and overall warehouse performance for management.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring that warehouse equipment is properly maintained and operational.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues related to inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or logistical challenges.
- Incoming and Outgoing: Conduct incoming and outgoing sampling inspection on warehouse goods.
- Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to align warehouse operations with overall business objectives.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Minimum NITEC or relevant certificate/qualification holder.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehousing.
- Ability to handle heavy goods safely and efficiently.
- Hardworking and possesses good communication skills
- Strong team player who is also able to work independently when needed
- Experience in using pallet stacker
