Job Description:
• Provide detailed information about new and used vehicles, including specifications, features, and condition.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess their condition, performance, and market value.
• Prepare accurate and compelling vehicle listings, including high-quality photographs and comprehensive descriptions.
• Showcase the features and benefits of each vehicle to potential partners
• Utilize various marketing channels to promote vehicles, including online platforms, social media, and print advertising
• Negotiate pricing and terms with prospective partners to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Close sales transactions efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation and paperwork are completed accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the handover process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consignors, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
• Foster long-term relationships with partners, providing ongoing support and assistance.
• Generate repeat business and referrals through excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in automotive sales is required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong understanding of automotive products, including different makes, models, and features.
• Ability to assess the condition and value of vehicles accurately.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and consignors.
• Proficient in negotiation techniques and strategies to secure favourable deals for both the buyer and the seller.
• Familiarity with computer software and online platforms used for listing and marketing consigned vehicles.
• Possessing a valid Singapore driving license is preferred.
