Requirement
- Diploma/ Degree Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in childcare
- Experience with special needs children is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Work as the forefront of helping unlock the potential of children with autism.
- Deliver ABA therapy to children with autism in 1:1 or small group settings.
- Support the child in developing all core areas - language skills, cognitive skills, gross and fine motor skills, socialization and play, behavior management, classroom and group skills.
- Implement individualized therapy programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
- Work under the supervision of the Lead Technician.
