Job Description

  • Maintain full set of accounts and manage all financial and accounting transactions.
  • Administration of contracts database and project cost tracking
  • Timely production of monthly management reporting package, including financial statements and relevant schedules.
  • Prepare cash flow forecast, bank reconciliation and cash monitoring.
  • Prepare quarterly GST reporting, reconciliation report and tax computation
  • Prepare Annual Statutory Financial Statements and XBRL for the assigned portfolio of entities
  • Involve in budgetary control, forecasting and other management accounting functions
  • System and processes- assist in processes and system implementation when required; continue to streamline and automate tasks to ensure improvement and efficiencies
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or related roles (with staff and people management responsibilities).
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, with a positive learning attitude, able to work independently and operate in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience in project management will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to accept and support changes
  • Meticulous and adept in working under pressure and tight timelines
  • Hands-on bookkeeping is preferred.
