Your Impact:
As a Training and Office Admin Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Administrative: Manage all administrative tasks for our training courses, including inquiries, record-keeping, and document management.
- Documentation: Create essential documents, reports, and presentations that enhance our training programs.
- Feedback: Assist with follow-up actions, track learner feedback, and support cross-learning and marketing initiatives.
- Meeting Coordinator: Ensure meetings are well-organized, with setups and refreshments ready for a productive environment.
- Workspace: Oversee office supplies and maintain an organized, welcoming workspace.
- Support: Aid management with administrative tasks like leave management, claim submissions, and project coordination.
- Relationship: Cultivate strong connections with various stakeholders to foster collaboration.
- Ad-Hoc: Step in to provide additional support on various tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Diploma or higher qualification.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Self-Starter: Proactive attitude, capable of working independently while handling sensitive information discreetly.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) is a must.
- Creative: Comfort with capturing and editing photos and videos, along with basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
