Key Responsibilities:
1.ERP System Management:
- Oversee daily posted inventory transactions.
- Collaborate with ERP implementation team to resolve system issues.
- Ensure physical movement are being updated accurately into the ERP system on promptly basis, including:
- Sales deliveries Finished Goods picking process
- Incoming goods receiving registration process
- Stock transfer between company and third-party warehouse
- Support Material picking for production usage
- Reconcile any discrepancies between physical transactions and posted inventory movement in ERP system.
2.Inventory Management:
- Monitor minimum stock levels and report accurate inventory balances are up to date.
- Initiate materials transfer between warehouses as per production planning. Liaise with procurement team on the material delivery on time to ensure sufficient materials are available for production activities.
- Proper time management to ensure timely daily cut off and delivery of required materials to production floor.
- Communicate on changes to production schedules as per materials delivery schedule provided by supplier.
3.Storage Management:
- Work closely with the Senior Store Supervisor to manage the organization and arrangement of storage areas for efficient access and optimal space utilization.
- Coordinate storage planning to meet production demands and avoid bottlenecks.
- Ensure that materials and goods are stored according to safety standards and company policies.
4.Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations regarding logistics, storage, and third-party warehouse management.
- Monitor third-party warehouse capacity, costs, and service levels, and report any issues to management.
- Generate and maintain reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, storage utilization, and third-party warehouse metrics.
- Assist in audit preparation by providing accurate and up-to-date data for materials, inventory, and logistics activities.
5.Other duties assigned to you
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially warehouse management modules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for reporting and analysis.
- Meticulous and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skill.
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
