Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Development:
- Define and implement business strategies that align with global directives and local market conditions to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Analyze business performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
2. Operational Excellence & Financial Management:
- Oversee the overall operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
- Manage P&L (Profit and Loss) responsibilities, ensuring that financial goals are met and cost optimization strategies are effectively implemented.
- Lead plant operations, working closely with departmental managers to ensure that production, supply chain, and logistics functions operate smoothly and align with business objectives.
3. Organizational Development & Talent Management:
- Lead organizational succession planning, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline to support future business needs.
- Mentor and coach senior executives and emerging leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Drive capability development programs to enhance employee skills and overall organizational competencies.
4. Innovation & Change Management:
- Champion a culture of innovation and innovative thinking across all departments.
- Formulate and implement business ideas and strategies that drive change, improve efficiency, and create value for the organization.
- Lead change management initiatives to adapt to evolving business environments and stay competitive in the industry.
5. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Develop and strengthen relations with the global executive management team to ensure alignment of local and regional strategies.
- Foster an atmosphere of inclusiveness and collaboration with diverse external stakeholders, including the global business community and local industries.
6. Risk Management & Compliance:
- Identify and manage potential business risks, ensuring that appropriate strategies and controls are in place to safeguard the company’s assets and reputation.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
Requirements
1. Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles, preferably within the electronics or technology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing P&L, driving business growth, and leading complex operations in a multinational setting.
- Experience working in diverse cultural environments and managing cross-functional teams.
