Job Description:
Primary tasks
• Take on all aspects of hands-on HR duties, including employee recruitment, work pass application, payroll, compensation, employee benefits, etc. Review and propose improvement to the workflow and procedures.
• Main contact person of specific HR duties both externally and internally.
• Manage and allocate employee schedules for qualification renewal, training, health checkups, etc.
• Engage external consulting and recruiting agencies as needed for HR-related functions.
• Implement/improve and maintain HR system data integrity.
Other Tasks
• Work with superior and Directors to establish and upgrade HR system and policies.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements
• Perform daily HR duties to cover the absence of other HR staff or subordinates.
• Attend physical/on-line seminars to learn and collect up-to-date HR information and apply to company HR system, as necessary.
• Undertake other duties assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma/Degree in business, management or human resource discipline
2. A minimum of 2-3 years of any HR related experience. Payroll experience preferred. Experience of Sales/consultants at HR agencies will also be considered.
3. Good knowledge of employment related laws and regulations
4. Possess the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
