Who are you?
You will play an important role in supporting the development, implementation, and management of a high-quality network of healthcare providers by providing crucial administrative support to the TPA team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create new user accounts on internal systems and management/tracking of these user accounts.
- Ensure panel provider listings are updated at all times and sent to external stakeholders timely on a regular basis.
- Track all specialist referral requests and ensure that all requests are completed timely.
- Liaise with patients over phone calls, whatsapp or emails to assist their queries or guide them to complete making of specialist appointment.
- Scan and upload specialist documents and informing GP doctors of the updated specialist documents.
- Create invoices to clients and payment advices to clinics.
- Ensure that the invoices and payment advices are sent to external stakeholders timely on a regular basis.
- Liaise with Finance to ensure that all invoices and payment advices are in order and documented.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
