Job Overview:
The Management Associate will be part of an exciting team that is crucial to the growth of the organisation. This position is an all-rounded role responsible for (including but not limited to) Sales, Marketing and Recruitment. He/She works with the team to come up with various campaigns for the above purposes. He/She will also have a prominent voice during team meetings to share his/her ideas to the team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Sales:
- Onboarding of different client profiles into the organisation
Marketing:
- Work with the team to grow the organisation’s branding and increase awareness
Recruitment:
- Consisently engaging new prospects for the purpose of recruitment

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Singapore / Singapore PR only
- Min. Diploma from a Local Polytechnic (MAS Requirements)
- Meeting Sales Goals
- Have a creative mind to increase organisation’s branding awareness
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Strong Communication & Organisational Skills
