Reporting to Director, Corporate Services we are looking for a candidate to support senior management in strategic planning and management in manpower, and Institute resources as well as overseeing the day-to-day running of the division.
You will work closely with the core management team in managing the Institute overall budget and resources, liaising with the stakeholders in staff recruitment and management of manpower budgets. You will be working with the HR partners in ensuring all HR functions are properly administered and ensure timely and accurate reporting to requests from Head Office
A self-starter, problem solver and matured individual who can work independently with minimum or no supervision. Some HR-related experiences will be preferred with strong interpersonal skill to work with all levels of colleagues. Responsible in guiding and providing mentorship to the team towards achieving optimal results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experiences preferably in HR and resource management
- Resourceful and result oriented
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Effective communicator and a people person
- Organised, meticulous and detail-oriented
