Role Description:
Reporting to Finance & Admin Manager, you are responsible for day-to-day accounting function, property rental invoice management and office administration. True to start-ups, the finance and admin team is lean but sharp.
Experience:
6 years of experience in financial accounting and experience with property rental or investment management is a bonus. Ideally proficient with Quick Books and Time Software.
Requirements:
- Responsible for day-to-day accounting functions including month end closing, budgets and cashflow forecast, CPF and GST submissions, payroll, and AR/AP functions.
- Preparation, review and analysis of management accounts. Corporate finance matters, feasibility studies, financial analysis and evaluation of performances, variance analysis, cost control also fall within the remit of the role.
- In-charge of all office admin related matters and liaise with auditors, tax agents, MOM, IRAS, CPF Board and any other government authorities.
Education:
Degree in accountancy or professional qualifications
