You will be helping in preparing fresh, healthy salads and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. - Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist new customers in customizing their salads based on preferences and dietary needs.
- Salad Preparation: Assemble and prepare salads following the shop’s recipes and food safety standards, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Stock and Inventory: Replenish supplements and supplies throughout the shift to maintain stock levels. Inform management when items are running low.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and prep stations. Ensure all food handling and preparation areas are kept sanitary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Customer Feedback: Address customer inquiries, complaints, or issues professionally and escalate them to the manager when necessary.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow all shop policies, including dress code, attendance, and safety guidelines.
