* This is a 3 months Contract role (subject to extension/conversion) *
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to daily facility preventive/corrective maintenance work
- Able to perform electrical work on lightings and auto doors
- Able to perform labour work such as roof top cleaning, drain cleaning, wall painting and minor wall plastering work.
- Ensure all practices are safe according to safety practices.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate should possess at least a NTC 3/ NITEC certification in Electrical, Mechanical or Facility Technology.
- Basic knowledge on plumbing, fire alarm system and air con system.
- Preferably to have scissor lift, boom lift and forklift licence.
