Job Description:
- Manage day to day e-commerce orders and operations
- Assist with uploading new products to various marketplace and website
- Create artwork for posters, displays and videos for social media stories
- Assist the Marketing & Sales Department in maintaining and preparation of sales reports, business presentations
- and maintaining updated pricelists
- Be actively involved in creating, updating contents for social media and listing
- Perform administrative duties and fulfil any other responsibilities as and when required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Good knowledge of advertising on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu.
- Have done Shopee Live/KOL Engagement is a plus!
- Proficiency in social media advertising tools, graphic design
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva and other video editing apps
- Experience with marketplaces- Shopee, Lazada, Amazon
