Responsibilities:
- Working on assigned projects and performing the role of a project/program manager
- Ensuring the project goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Propose how current system capabilities can be used (if possible) to deliver those with minimum or no development
- Driving the project team's success with inspired leadership, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in project management
- Experience working in a complex, multi-priority organization, and delivery teams from multiple teams (including vendor product teams)
- Successfully managed and delivered at least 3 projects with complete end-to-end project life cycle.
- Functional or technical knowledge of Microsoft products such as M365, Dynamics (e.g., CRM, Commerce, FO), SharePoint, Power Platform, will be an added advantage.
- Good planning, organization, coordination, tracking and reporting skill for project activities.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to handle Mandarin Speaking Clients, Business Partners, Government and Other organizations in , Must be Fluent in Chinese in order to communicate with Business Partners and Clients.
